Do I need to do anything before KP Daily Cleaning arrives?

It is best that all toys, clothes, dirty dishes, personal items are put away before we arrive.

What are your rates?

Our pricing is completely individualized. We base our pricing on many factors including: location, frequency, size of the house, and presence of pets, etc.

Do I have to be present during house cleaning?

No, you do not need to be home while we are cleaning. However, if it makes you feel more comfortable, we welcome you to stay.

How do I cancel or reschedule a cleaning if I am sick or something comes up?

We require 24 hour’s notice for a reschedule or cancellation. There will be a $70 charge for no cancellation notice.

If you are sick and it is your cleaning day, please call us. We will do our best to reschedule your cleaning that same week.

Please do not have us clean if your family is home with the flu or Covid. Remember you are home because you are contagious! THANK YOU!

How do I pay for my cleaning service?

You can pay with check, cash, or online.

Do I need a Deep Clean?

We highly recommend a Deep Clean for first-time customers or customers who haven’t had a professional cleaning in the last few months.

What should I do with my Pets during the house cleaning?

Please advise us if you have pets, provide any information regarding your pets that would be helpful for us to know. Though not a requirement, we prefer pets to be restricted from the areas we clean, so we can clean your house properly, and more efficiently.

What if my cleaning schedule falls on a holiday?

We will contact you approximately one month in advance to reschedule.
